Cultivated organically in the middle of the Sierra de Cazorla, we have a limited selection of products of the Picual variety that show, with the pride of many olive grower members, the seal of Organic Agriculture, collected and elaborated at the end of October and beginning of November, and with quality results that have been noted in the market.

All of them produced at the beginning of November from Selected Green Olives from Organic Farms. This cooperative is committed to developing an environment-friendly agriculture, guided by field technicians and specialized personnel, to obtain the highest quality extra virgin olive oil, creating the least possible environmental impact.
The early green Ecological picual has all the characteristics of a conventional picual, but with the respect for the environment that organic farming implies. The Picual variety is characterized by being a full-bodied EVOO, bright green and very balanced in its bitterness and spiciness characteristic of this variety. It is an extra virgin with intense fruitiness. Its most characteristic tasting notes are the tomato plant, green almond and fresh grass. Among the best qualities of the picual is its great resistance to oxidation, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E it possesses and the large amount of antioxidants present as it is a green early harvest olive fruit.
