Customer Obligations

The customer of http://tienda.scaencarnacion.es undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions included in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by S.C.A. Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación.

Likewise, the customer undertakes to keep his or her personal access keys to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

The customer undertakes to facilitate the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered during the usual hours for delivery of goods (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00). In the event of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation, S.C.A. Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación will not be liable for any delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

Payment Methods

When placing the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made by card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron,...); bank transfer or money order. In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, S.C.A. Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación reserves the right to request a specific payment method from a customer in the event that the identity of the buyer is not reliably verified.

S.C.A. Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, address, payment and any other type of data provided by our clients in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.

All data provided by our clients to http://tienda.scaencarnacion.es/ or its employees will be included in an automated personal data file created and maintained under the responsibility of S.C.A. Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, clients of http://tienda.scaencarnacion.es/ may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding their personal data by communicating it in writing to S.C.A. In the event that the data supplied is associated with a purchase, Spanish legislation requires us to keep it for at least five years, so it cannot be deleted or rectified even if the customer so requests.
