Grown organically in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla, we have a limited selection of picual products that show, with the pride of many olive partners, the Organic Agriculture seal, harvested and processed at the end of October and beginning of November, and with quality results that have been noticed in the market.

Family of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (monovarietal Picual Organic) with Protected Designation of Origin Sierra de Cazorla. All of them produced at the beginning of November from Selected Green Olives from Organic Crops. This cooperative is committed to developing environmentally friendly agriculture, guided by field technicians and specialized personnel, to obtain the highest quality of extra virgin olive oil, creating the lowest possible environmental impact.

The early green organic picual has all the characteristics of a conventional picual, but with the respect for the environment that organic cultivation entails. The Picual variety is characterized by being a full-bodied, bright green EVOO and very balanced in its bitterness and in its characteristic spiciness of this variety. It is an extra virgin olive with an intense fruitiness. Its most characteristic tasting notes are tomato plant, green almond and fresh grass. Among the best qualities of picual is its great resistance to oxidation, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E it has and the large amount of antioxidants present as it is a green EVOO, that is, early harvested.
