Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Picual variety, Limited Edition special production "First Days of Harvest", in Picual variety, made from selected green olives, cared for with care by our partners and under the expert care of field technicians from our own agronomy department in all harvesting and extraction processes. The harvest takes place during the month of October, before veraison, when the fruit is at the optimum point of ripeness, to present an oil with extraordinary organoleptic characteristics, accentuated in its earliest stage, packaged in a limited production with the first liters of green gold each new campaign. The entire extraction process is carried out cold and by mechanical procedures that do not alter the oil, preserving the flavour, aroma and characteristics of the fruit from which it comes.

Tasting Notes: "It is an extra virgin olive with an intense aroma, in which the fragrances of green almond, tomato plant, olive leaf, fresh herb, as well as other aromatic nuances that remind us of green pepper, fig tree, mint, apple and artichoke stand out. On the palate it presents a balanced bitterness and spiciness of medium intensity"
