QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY
S.C.A. Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación establishes as priority management objectives the continuous evaluation of the satisfaction of its clients and partners, as well as guaranteeing the safety and security of its oils, understood as the absence of risks for the food safety of the consumer or its reduction to an acceptable level.
For this reason, we have a Food Safety and Security System applied to the activities of “Packaging of virgin and extra virgin olive oils”
The general guidelines of our management policy are specified in the following:
- Informing all company personnel so that they are fully aware of their functions and this policy.
- Considering food safety and security as the fundamental basis for placing our olive oils on the market.
- Comply with applicable legislation, regulations and other requirements, keeping it identified and updated, regarding any changes that occur, especially those related to food safety, as well as other requirements that the company subscribes to, including those of customers.
- The effort towards the sustainability of the business in all its aspects.
- Establish objectives and goals, necessary to achieve results in accordance with customer requirements and product safety.
- Provide a high quality product and service, to satisfy the requirements of our partners and customers.
- Continuously improve in order to increase the effectiveness of the quality and food safety management system.
- Control the maintenance operations of the machinery to optimize its effectiveness and efficiency.
