QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY
S.C.A. Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación establishes as its main management objectives the continuous evaluation of the satisfaction of its customers and members, as well as guaranteeing the wholesomeness and safety of its oils, understood as the absence of risks to consumer food safety or their reduction to an acceptable level.
For this reason, we have implemented a Food Safety and Wholesomeness Management System applied to the activities of “Packaging of virgin and extra virgin olive oils.”
The general guidelines of our management policy are specified as follows:
- Inform all company personnel so that they fully understand their functions and this policy.
- Consider food wholesomeness and safety as the fundamental basis for placing our olive oils on the market.
- Comply with applicable legislation, regulations, and other requirements, keeping them identified and updated with respect to any changes, especially those related to food safety, as well as other requirements subscribed to by the company, including customer requirements.
- Strive towards business sustainability in all its aspects.
- Establish objectives and targets necessary to achieve results in accordance with customer requirements and product safety.
- Supply a high-quality product and service in order to satisfy the requirements of our members and customers.
- Continuously improve in order to increase the effectiveness of the quality and food safety management system.
- Control machinery maintenance operations to optimize their effectiveness and efficiency.
