Shipping costs will be free for all online orders with deliveries within the Iberian Peninsula.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, and for intra-community shipments in European territory, orders will have to be made through the email email@example.com, where they will receive a personalized quote with shipping costs added to the order, and the instructions to formalize the payment.
Shipments will be managed by S.C.A. ENCARNACIÓN through its trusted partner transportation agencies. If you have any type of preference about the transport agency in charge of delivering the package, you must indicate it in the comments section of the order.
As a general rule, orders will enter preparation and will be made available to the transport agency within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Once the merchandise is made available to the agency, the delivery time to the recipient's address will be within a maximum period of 48 to 72 hours.
In any case, for the consideration of these deadlines, working days have been taken into account (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Returns and Incidents Management Policy
Claims for the return or exchange of merchandise will only be accepted when any of the following situations occur.
- The product received does not match the product specified and purchased in the purchase process.
- The product received is damaged.
For the communication of the incident, it will be necessary to communicate by email with firstname.lastname@example.org, offering all the details of the order and delivery, as well as any type of photograph, attached document or proof of the incident, and we will proceed immediately to the replacement of the product.
