Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual single-variety) of the highest quality, especially intended for home consumption, catering, hotels, etc. Obtained exclusively from the Picual variety, it has a balanced bitterness and spiciness, and has a yellowish-green colour. Being of the Picual variety, this extra virgin is the most stable at high temperatures and, therefore, resistant to frying.
