Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (monovarietal Picual/monovarietal Royal/Monovarietal Ecological Picual) from an early harvest with Protected Designation of Origin "Sierra de Cazorla".

It is obtained directly from the fruit of the olive tree, through mechanical procedures that do not alter the oil, preserving the flavour, aroma and characteristics of the fruit from which it comes. Harvested in the first days of November, these oils presents hight levels of polyphenols, which help reduce the effect of free radicals, preserve cell structure and function, and prevent cardiovascular and degenerative diseases, as well as different types of cancer.
